Unit Manager (UM) - Baia Mare

Responsabilitati principale:

• Develop permanent team of agents coordinated, numerically and qualitatively, through recruitment and development; 
• Develop portfolio of insurance products both through involvement of team members and personal portfolio development;
• Responsible for sales activity, promoting products and services offered by Asirom, in line with the company's sales strategy, both through coordinated team and directly; 
• Organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for sales activity and results of the team of agents coordinated.

Cerinte:

• Higher education/medium studies;
• Professional training courses specific to the occupation, necessary for direct involvement in insurance product distribution;
• Experience in insurance sales – minimum 1 year; 
• Holding a position of team leader for at least 1 year presents an advantage;
• Knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance;
• Knowledge of characteristics of life/generic insurance products;
• Good knowledge of PC operation (MS Office package);
• Planning and organization skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Negotiation and presentation skills;
• Team coordination skills;
