Unit Manager (UM)

Employment contract for an indefinite period, working hours 8 hours/day

Main Responsibilities:

• continuously develop the coordinated team of agents, numerically/qualitatively, through recruitment and development;

• develop the insurance portfolio both by involving team members and by developing own insurance portfolio;

• responsible for sales activity, promoting Asirom's products and services, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated team of agents and directly;

• organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for the sales activity and results of the coordinated team of agents.

Requirements:

• university/high school education;

• specific professional training courses necessary for occupying a position directly involved in insurance distribution;

• experience in insurance sales activity – minimum 1 year;

• holding a sales team coordination position for at least 1 year is an advantage;

• knowledge of insurance legislation;

• knowledge of life/general insurance product characteristics;

• good PC operation skills (MS Office package);

• planning and organizational skills, communication and interpersonal skills;

• negotiation and presentation skills;

• team coordination skills;

• results-oriented;

• customer-oriented;

• integrity and ethics;

• entrepreneurial spirit;

• positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance; ambition and optimism;

• appearance (presentation manner);

• driving license category B – is an advantage.
