Individual employment contract for an indefinite period, working hours 8 hours/day

Main Responsibilities:

• permanently develop the team of agents coordinated, from a numerical and qualitative perspective, through recruitment and development; 

• develop the insurance portfolio both by involving team members and by developing one's own insurance portfolio;

• respond to sales activity, promoting products and services offered by Asirom, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated team of agents and directly; 

• organize, coordinate, monitor, evaluate, and be responsible for the sales activity and results of the team of agents coordinated.

Requirements:

• higher or medium-level education;

• professional training courses specific to the occupation, necessary for direct involvement in insurance distribution;

• experience in insurance sales – at least 1 year; 

• holding a position of coordinating a team of sales agents for at least 1 year presents an advantage;

• knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance;

• knowledge of product characteristics, life and general insurance;

• good knowledge of PC operation (Microsoft Office package);

• planning and organizing skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;

• negotiation and presentation skills;

• team coordination skills;

• orientation towards achieving results;

• orientation towards the client;

• integrity and ethics;

• entrepreneurial spirit;

• positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance; ambition and optimism;

• appearance (presentation);

• driver's license category B – constitutes an advantage.
