Unit Manager

• Lead and manage the nursing team within the unit, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and internal policies.

• Drive quality improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of patient safety.

• Manage staffing levels, scheduling, and resource allocation.

• Provide clinical support and mentorship to nursing staff.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Monitor unit performance metrics and report to senior leadership.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with active license in [Insert Country/Region].

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management preferred.

• Minimum 4 years of clinical experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to manage teams in a high-pressure healthcare environment.

• 4 years experience in a private hospital environment.
