Unit Manager - Gorj

Number of vacant positions: 1

Permanent individual employment contract, 8 hours/day working time

Main responsibilities:

• continuously develop the coordinated agents' team, in terms of quantity/quality, through recruitment and development;

• develop the insurance portfolio both through the involvement of team members and by developing your own insurance portfolio;

• is responsible for sales activity, promoting the products and services offered by Asirom, in accordance with the company's sales strategy, both through the coordinated agents' team and directly;

• organizes, coordinates, monitors, evaluates, and is responsible for the sales activity and results of the coordinated agents' team.

Requirements:

• university studies;

• specific professional training courses, necessary for occupying a position directly involved in insurance distribution;

• experience in insurance sales activity – minimum 1 year;

• holding a sales team coordination position for at least 1 year is an advantage;

• knowledge of legislation in the field of insurance;

• knowledge of the characteristics of life/general insurance products;

• good PC operating skills (MS Office package);

• planning and organizational skills, communication and interpersonal relationship skills;

• negotiation and presentation skills;

• team coordination skills;

• results-oriented;

• customer-oriented;

• integrity and ethics;

• entrepreneurial spirit;

• positive attitude: self-confidence, proactivity, tenacity, perseverance; ambition and optimism;

• presentation (manner of appearance);

• driving license category B – is an advantage.
