Unit-Lead SEA / Google Ads (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

As Unit-Lead SEA (m/w/d), you are the bridge between strategic excellence and human leadership.

1. Teamführung & Personalentwicklung

• Führung & Mentoring: First point of contact for the team, conducting Weeklys with your team members, as well as promoting professional and personal development.
• Qualitätssicherung im Team: Regular Deep-Dive-Reviews in the accounts of team members to identify potential and performance enhancement.
• Ressourcenmanagement: Monitoring team workload, supporting capacity planning, and participating in recruiting.

2. Strategische & Operative Kundenbetreuung (SEA)

• High-Budget-Management: Operational and strategic customer management for large customers (6- to 7-figure budgets) as well as conducting onboarding.
• Kampagnensteuerung: Setup, steering, and optimization of campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Web Analytics) across all relevant channels (Search, Shopping, PMAX, YouTube etc.).
• Performance & Consulting: Analyze economic KPIs, derive proactive recommendations, and independently lead customer meetings to identify new growth opportunities.

3. Prozessoptimierung & Qualitätssicherung

• Standardisierung: Definition and monitoring of agency-wide quality standards for campaign setups, reporting, and audits.
• Skalierung: Active automation and efficiency enhancement of workflows

4. Business Development & Repräsentation

• Sales-Unterstützung: Developing potential analyses and partially participating in sales meetings.
• Außenauftritt: Accompanying the CEO (Sergej) to trade shows, including operational support.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung:** You bring at least 5 years of practical experience in performance marketing (SEA), ideally with a strong background in the agency field.
• Hands-On Mentalität: We are a small team (currently 7 people) and it is expected that you work very proactively.
• Leadership-Skillset: You have already led teams or successfully taken on mentoring tasks. You know how to motivate and transfer knowledge.
• Technisches Tiefenwissen: Google Ads, Google Merchant Center, and GA4 are your home. You understand the Google Tag Manager and have no fear of scripts or technical implementation. Bonus would be experience with feed management and other SEA-specific tools.
• Analytisches Mindset: Terms like attribution models, consent banner adjustments, and competitor analyses are part of your daily toolkit.
• Kundenorientierte, selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise mit ausgeprägter Dienstleistungsorientierung.
• The analysis and evaluation of data belong to your greatest strengths. You evaluate your campaigns and make decisions based on your analysis.
• Your self-assured appearance, your sovereign manner, and strong communication skills distinguish you and make you extremely successful in customer contact/customer management as well as team interaction.
• Nice to have: Completed economic studies or comparable degree/education.
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Sprache und Schrift (Deutsch ist zwingend notwendig, da der Kundenkontakt auf Deutsch ist).
