Level 5 or 6 - $99,447 to $123,082 (FTE) Additional 17% employer superannuation Rewarding career with a progressive organisation The National Tertiary Education Union (Victorian Division) covers staff employed in universities, associated companies, research institutes, TAFE, student unions and adult and community education. The Union's membership includes Academic, General, Research and Professional staff. NTEU is seeking a highly motivated, member focused individual with experience in organisational development, industrial relations, collective bargaining, dispute resolution, and staff representation. The successful candidate will have excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
