The Orif is a non-profit organization based in Romandy, whose mission is to observe, train and socially integrate people in difficulty. In order to complete the management team at our Vernier site, we are looking for: 90%-100% team leader member of the expanded management team at the site You want to put your energy and leadership skills at the service of a noble and stimulating mission in the fields of training and professional integration. As part of this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of professionals who work together to achieve our organization's goals. Your main tasks will include: • Leading a team of 5-7 people; • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve our organizational objectives; • Coordinating the activities of your team with other teams within the organization; • Building relationships with stakeholders, including employees, partners and donors; • Managing budgets and resources for your team; • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
