🎯 What we expect from you:
As an Administrative Manager/Officer in the International Department, you are at the heart of our mission to internationalize our programs. We are organized around 3 main areas:
Department of Languages and Cultures
International mobility (incoming and outgoing mobility)
Development of international partnerships
8 permanent staff members, 40+ guest lecturers of foreign languages.
Following a reorganization and a change in working hours for an experienced colleague, we are looking to entrust certain key responsibilities to the selected candidate in this recruitment process.
· You will ensure:
o The administrative management of about forty guest lecturers of foreign languages. Support and follow-up.
o Monthly payment of teaching hours
o Monthly monitoring of the budget for guest lecturers in the Languages and Cultures department.
o The organization and management of language exams
· You will participate in:
o Meetings of the International Department and the Languages and Cultures Department
o End-of-semester class councils (language courses)
· You will contribute to:
o The smooth daily operation of the administrative activities of the International Department
o The optimization of payment and budget monitoring for guest lecturers
· You will report regularly to the head of the Languages and Cultures Department, and occasionally to the head of the International Department (depending on current assignments).
Profile sought:
You hold:
· A Bac + 3 degree or equivalent with professional experience ≥ 6 years, or
· A Bac + 2 degree or equivalent with professional experience ≥ 10 years
And ideally:
• Significant experience in administrative management
• Successful experience in higher education
• Proficiency in English and office tools
• An interest in international affairs, intercultural communication, and foreign languages
The responsibilities are of course subject to change based on the needs of the service and the evolution of the activity.

Additional information:
Recruitment conditions:
· Public law fixed-term contract for a duration of 12 months
· Part-time at 50%
· Non-managerial position
· Desired start date: 12/01/2026
· Salary range offered for a full-time equivalent: €27,000 to €34,400 gross/year depending on profile – to be prorated for a 50% part-time position -> The salary is determined based on the candidate's profile (job, age, employment track, salary guarantee duration), according to the rules defined by the management framework of the Institut Mines Télécom.
· Position based in Saint-Étienne
· The positions offered for recruitment are open to all, with, upon request, accommodations for candidates with disabilities.
