As part of an increase in our activity and to respond to new cantonal projects, we are looking to strengthen our teams of occupational therapists, currently comprising 22 occupational therapists within the FLC's (Fondation de La Côte) CMS (Centre Médico-Social), by opening positions for:

Your Profile

• Bachelor's degree from HES-SO in Occupational Therapy or equivalent, or a foreign diploma recognized by the Swiss Red Cross
• Ability to be and position oneself as a partner in network work
• Interest in developing one's role autonomously
• Proficiency in computer tools
• Driving license essential

Your Little Extra

• Experience in the care sector
• Interest in developing one's practice according to occupational, empowerment, and client partnership models

Your Future Missions

• Provide quality, client-centered occupational therapy
• Support clients at home in interdisciplinary collaboration
• Promote healthy aging and supervise staff and interns
• Promote occupational therapy through projects, local actions, and prevention workshops
