Primary Details Time Type: Full time Worker Type: Employee Assist underwriters in underwriting of the various products Engineering products including triaging inquiries, preparing underwriting information, following up with intermediaries, and closing deals. Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and guidelines. The Opportunity Assist underwriters in underwriting of the various products Engineering products including triating inquiries, preparing underwriting information, following up with intermediaries, and closing deals. Key Responsibilities Assist underwriters in underwriting of the various products Engineering products including: Triage inquiries from brokers and agents to determine the level of risk and potential profitability Prepare underwriting information for new business opportunities Follow up with intermediaries to ensure timely submission of applications Close deals by negotiating and finalizing terms with clients. Requirements Education Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Experience 1-2 years of experience in insurance or a related industry Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word Certifications None specified
