Your responsibilities:

• risk analysis and preparation of group health insurance offers,

• cooperation with distribution channels regarding the promotion and sale of group health insurance,

• supervision of complex offers, providing sales arguments, and actively conducting negotiations,

• market monitoring, preparation of comparisons, analyses, and sales support materials,

• conducting product training,

• active participation in implementation processes,

• participation in development projects related to group health insurance.

  Our expectations:

• higher education (preferred fields: insurance, finance, economics, etc.),

• experience in underwriting and sales of group health insurance, medical subscriptions, group life insurance,

• practical knowledge of the private healthcare market in the B2B client sector and market trends,

• ability to work with business results and formulate recommendations based on conducted analyses,

• developed communication and negotiation skills, and business relationship building abilities,

• dynamism in action,

• analytical approach to tasks,

• proactive attitude and openness to change,

• communicative knowledge of English,

• driver's license category B and willingness to travel on business,

• practical knowledge of MS Office,

• possession of a disability certificate because we support people who have a harder time in the labor market.
