Job Description
Deliver inductions and training for the Waihi Operations that meet or exceed both regulatory and internal Occupational Health, Safety & Training compliance requirements and ensures all personnel are trained, competent and authorised within their defined roles.
Assist with the development and continuous improvement of policies and procedures for the Waihi Operations.
- Delivery of underground training and assessment packages to ensure all personnel are trained, competent and authorised within their defined roles.
- Delivery of new starter and refresher inductions.
- Development of new training packages and updating existing packages as required.
- Utilise INX Intuition to monitor training needs analysis performance.
- Assist with the coordination of external training requirements as required
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure course requirements / availability is clearly communicated.
