Underground Mining Development Charger

Our Underground Operations team are on the search for a Development Charger operator to safely charge development faces (at an average of three headings per shift) in order to achieve relevant targets.

Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Efficient reporting and record keeping, collating accurate daily information and ensuring all machinery documentation is completed.
• Ensure damage is kept to a minimum and reported immediately.
• Ensure a thorough face to face handover is communicated with the cross-shift members.
• Ensure that equipment is utilised effectively and efficiently.
• Pre-starts 100% completed, workplace inspection completed as required.
• Keep and maintain accurate magazine records.
• Complete magazine stocktakes to a high standard when required
• Multi-task with Loader Operators, Nippers, Truck Operators and Service Team Members
