Unpaid Internship in Hamburg Start-Up | Social Media & Creative Marketing (m/f/d)

Feel like shaping a brand from the very beginning? At 7 Elements, we make sugar-free electrolytes — no bullshit and no fillers, sold through our own shop, developed by our founder, a doctor. Take over our TikTok and Instagram, work with creators, shoot your own videos, and try out what works. Become part of a small Hamburg-based team with short communication channels, where your ideas don't get lost but significantly contribute to shaping things.

Responsibilities

• TikTok: You develop ideas, shoot, edit, and publish. From trend hooks to your own formats.
• Instagram: You maintain the feed and stories and keep the visual language consistent.
• Influencers and UGC: You find suitable creators, approach them, manage the collaboration, and ensure that the end result is content that we can also use.
• Content Production: You create your own photos and videos — product, lifestyle, behind the scenes.
• AI Tools: We internally work with AI for images, text, and automation. You actively use these tools and help expand our workflows.
• Help Shape the Direction: You contribute your own formats and channels, test them, and honestly tell us what works and what doesn't.
• You decide what you enjoy most!

Qualifications

• You are open and communicative and eager to work on exciting projects as the CEO's right-hand person.
• You are passionate about sales and marketing, AI, and process optimization, and are motivated to further develop your skills.
• You are proficient in using social networks.
• You have very good German language skills and sufficient English language skills.
• Ideally, you have three to six months of time that you would like to spend with us.
