Permanent Staffing, division of Staff S.p.a, selects for an important Client of the organized food retail sector, UN/A VICE CAPO NEGOZIO SETTORE GDO JUNIOR, to be inserted in the point of sale of NEW OPENING IN PAVIA. As Vice Capo Negozio, the resource will support the Store Manager in the overall management of the point of sale. The main activities will include: - managing the sales team in collaboration with the store manager, supervising activities and motivating collaborators; - monitoring sales results to achieve the required targets; - ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene regulations; - being operational within the store as needed. REQUIREMENTS: - previous experience in the role of assistant store manager is preferred; - profiles of resources with experience as a salesperson in GDO and motivated to grow professionally are also evaluated; - good relational skills, organizational skills, and proactivity; - availability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidays.
