**Synergie Italia Spa**, a leading French multinational in the Human Resources sector, **Sesto Calende branch**, is looking for an **HOTEL BREAKFAST ROOM MANAGER** for an important client company operating in the hotel sector. The role will be responsible for: * Coordinating and supervising breakfast room activities; * Welcoming guests and ensuring professional and attentive service; * Overseeing the setup, tidying, and restocking of the buffet; * Managing the staff assigned to the room and organizing work shifts; * Monitoring quality and hygiene-sanitary standards; * Collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a positive guest experience. * Previous experience in the role or similar positions in the hotel or restaurant industry; * Good organizational and staff coordination skills; * Excellent interpersonal skills and customer orientation; * Knowledge of the English language; * Flexible working hours and availability to work weekends and holidays; * Precision, reliability, and problem-solving skills.
