UN/A DIRECTOR/TRICE OF RESTAURANT - MILANO

STAFF SPA Permanent Staffing, division of STAFF S.p.a., Torino branch, is seeking a UN/A DIRECTOR/TRICE OF RESTAURANT for a restaurant-pizzeria located in MILANO. The Restaurant Director/Trice is a reliable point of reference, thanks to careful planning of resources and people, respecting assigned budgets and agreed KPIs. Being motivated and motivating are fundamental ingredients. Equipped with proactivity and energy, loves teamwork, follows team growth and individual persons, ensures maximum efficiency and best possible service; coordinates all store activities (hall, bar, kitchen), manages personnel and operational service, and coordinates logistics and inventory management. REQUISITES: · Previous experience in the role preferably gained in commercial restaurants or similar contexts; · Previous experience in managing large groups of people in organized realities (retail, GDO, restaurant). · Knowledge of table service is preferred. Direct employment contract with the company; job classification commensurate with the candidate's experience (I or II level ccnl tourism and public services), with a variable incentive system upon achieving objectives. WORKING LOCATION: MILANO.
