STAFF SPA Permanent Staffing, divisione di Staff S.p.A., seleziona per Residenza Sanitaria Assistenziale sita a Sanremo (IM), UN/A COORDINATORE/TRICE INFERMIERISTICO/A. The resource will be responsible for the following activities: - Management of the nursing team at the Structure (18 nurses): mentoring new resources, shift management; - Qualitative evaluation of nursing activity; - Management of external visits to patients; - Management of pharmacy orders; - In collaboration with the Structure and Sanitary Direction, it will be responsible for updating and disseminating guidelines, protocols, and assistance procedures, drafting those of its own competence. It offers insertion with a permanent contract, with UNEBA CCNL and level commensurate with experience. WORKING LOCATION: SANREMO (IM).
