Deployed across several sites, the Lavigny Institution is composed of a neurological hospital with ambulatory consultations on two sites, an adult care department for people with disabilities, intellectual deficiency or physical problems, a specialized school and a vocational training workshop department. For the social-oriented 'Eventail' workshops sector located on the Lavigny site, we are looking for a full-time social and professional master who will be responsible for coordinating and implementing social and professional integration projects for adults with disabilities, in collaboration with the various departments of the institution. The ideal candidate will have a degree in social work or a related field, as well as experience in project management, coordination and implementation. He/She must also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. The selected candidate will be required to provide proof of their qualifications and experience upon hiring.
