To complete our teams, we are recruiting: Assistant in Community Health Care Main activities Your main activities and responsibilities will be to provide support and assistance to patients and their families, as well as to participate in the development of care plans and interventions tailored to individual needs. You will also contribute to maintaining a positive and respectful atmosphere within the hospital, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care. The ideal candidate should have a degree in nursing or a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in community health care. Fluency in French is required, as well as excellent communication skills. Knowledge of computerized systems and software used in healthcare would be an asset.
