RequirementsDesired Candidate Profile – UKG Pro WFM Testing Lead

What we are looking for:
Someone who has strong experience in testing UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions implementations and can manage testing activities from start to finish.

What you will do:

• Handle testing for multiple UKG Pro WFM / Dimensions implementations.
  

• Manage end-to-end testing for:
  

  • Functional testing
    

  • Integration testing
    

• Lead and execute:
  

  • System Integration Testing (SIT)
    

  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
    

  • Performance testing
    

• Test and validate key UKG Pro WFM areas such as:
  

  • Timekeeping
    

  • Advanced Scheduling & Forecasting
    

  • Accruals, Leave, Attendance, and Attestation
    

  • Analytics, Reports, and Custom Reports
    

  • Devices and Mobile configurations
    

  • Activities, Workforce Genies, and Calendars
    

  • Business Structure and Data Access Controls
    

  • HyperFind queries
    

  • Release management and production support
    

• Manage defects end to end, from logging to closure.
  

• Prepare and maintain test documentation and reports.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Hands-on experience with:
  

  • SIT, UAT support, Parallel testing, and Regression testing
    

  • Automation testing
    

• Strong experience in defect management and documentation.
  

Good-to-Have Skills:

• UKG Pro WFM or UKG Pro Integration certifications (preferred).
  

• Experience with Kronos WFC.
  

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work well in a team and manage client expectations.
  

• Confident in presenting updates and test results to stakeholders.
