UK Pensions Retirement Payroll & Death Processing

Location: Pune
Experience: 5 to 15 Years

We are looking for an experienced UK Pensions professional to manage end-to-end pension administration with a strong focus on retirement payroll and death processing. The role requires in-depth knowledge of UK pension regulations, accuracy in payroll execution, and excellent stakeholder management.

• Manage end-to-end UK pension administration activities

• Process retirement payroll accurately and within agreed SLAs

• Handle death cases, including survivor benefits, calculations, and settlements

• Perform pension calculations (DB/DC), revaluations, and benefit payments

• Ensure compliance with UK pension regulations, HMRC rules, and scheme policies

• Maintain accurate member records and resolve complex pension queries

• Conduct payroll checks, reconciliations, and statutory deductions

• Liaise with trustees, payroll teams, auditors, and third-party vendors

• Support audits, regulatory reporting, and client reviews

• Mentor junior team members and support process improvements

• 5 15 years of experience in UK Pensions Administration

• Strong hands-on experience in Retirement Payroll and Death Processing

• Good knowledge of Defined Benefit (DB) and Defined Contribution (DC) schemes

• Familiarity with UK pension legislation, HMRC, and GMP

• Experience working with pension administration systems and payroll tools

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
