UK General Manager

Lead the Future of Connected Mobility We’re seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our UK business — a fast-growing technology company transforming how people move, pay, and connect across transport and mobility networks. This is a critical executive appointment, with full responsibility for commercial performance, customer delivery, and organisational leadership. The UK business generates over $60 million annually and is entering its next phase of expansion. We are a global company with offices in Europe, North America, and Asia Pacific. Key Responsibilities * Overall responsibility for the UK business, including full P&L accountability. * Develop and execute the UK strategy, aligning with the global vision and driving sustainable growth. * Lead and develop a high-performing team across all functions (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, and Engineering). * Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. * Drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. * Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities. * Ensure the UK business complies with all relevant regulations. * Represent the company at industry events and conferences. * Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Skills and Experience * Proven experience leading and growing a business unit, preferably in a technology or mobility-related industry. * Strong commercial acumen and P&L management experience. * Excellent leadership and people management skills, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams. * Experience in sales, marketing, and customer success. * Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business strategies. * Strong understanding of the UK market. * Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. * Experience working with large enterprise clients. * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
