Tasks

• Strategic Responsibility: You define and lead the design strategy for our entire product range.
• UI/UX Conception: You are responsible for the development of consistent user concepts and ensure an intuitive, excellent user experience of our complex industrial applications.
• Interface Management: You act as a central point of contact in close collaboration between Product Management, Software Development, and end-users.
• Methodological Leadership: You establish and refine agile design processes and drive the continuous improvement of our workflows.

Qualification

• Completed degree in Design, Computer Science, or similar.
• Experience in developing designs and user concepts, ideally also in private projects.
• Knowledge in the areas of User Experience Design / Interaction Design, or similar.
• A feel for aesthetics and usability.
• Language skills: German: fluent, English: good.
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and social competence in dealing with various stakeholders.
• Experience with design tools or vector graphics editors.
