UI/UX Designer

We’re looking for a UI/UX Designer with a strong visual sensibility and a user-first mindset to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both web and mobile interfaces, cares deeply about clarity and usability, and thrives in collaborative environments.

What You’ll Do
- Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for a range of digital platforms, from content hubs to custom CMS experiences
- Translate business goals and user needs into smart, elegant design solutions
- Collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and client stakeholders from concept to final handoff
- Contribute to and maintain design systems and UI libraries
- Ensure final designs meet accessibility standards and responsive best practices
- Participate in feedback sessions and client presentations
- Create visual assets for digital promotions, including social media graphics, banners, and email visuals, aligned with each project’s brand and tone

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and/or mobile platforms
- A strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern interfaces and thoughtful user flows
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch
- Understanding of front-end development constraints (no coding required, but you’ll be working closely with devs)
- Experience working in an agency, product, or fast-paced freelance environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to present and defend your work

Nice to Have
- Familiarity with media platforms, newsrooms, or content-heavy websites
- Experience with prototyping tools or motion design
- Basic understanding of UX research methods and testing
