Your Tasks

• Concept, build-up, and continuous development of a scalable multi-brand design system for several flight portals (including ) – from tokens, components over patterns to complete documentation
• Creation, maintenance, and structuring of Figma libraries including design tokens, variables, properties, modes, and reusable UI components for Web, iOS, and Android
• Closely working with designers, devs, and product owners to develop and establish the design system throughout the company
• Conceptualizing and designing web and app experiences based on user behavior, trends, and business goals
• Creating wireframes, prototypes, journey maps, interaction flows, and design assets
• Defining, applying, and evaluating UX KPIs as well as A/B tests for informed decision-making
• Planning, conducting, and analyzing unmoderated user tests
• Active participation in data-driven design and decision-making processes

Your Profile

• Completed studies in the field of UX / Interaction / Digital Design or comparable professional experience
• Demonstrable experience in building, maintaining, and establishing design systems in productive environments
• Very secure handling of Figma including deep understanding of component libraries, variables, auto layout, and tokens
• Experience working with development teams and understanding of the technical implementation of design tokens and components
• Excellent communication and moderation skills for the role as internal advocate and point of contact for the design system
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1/2.2) and barrier-free design – an asset
• Experience with agile working methods; openness to or active use of AI-supported design tools – an asset
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
