UI/UX Designer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer at SecuryGo to have the unique task of transforming complex IT security themes into intuitive, appealing user interfaces and experiences. You will shape the future of IT security for small businesses. Good UI/UX are of central importance for SecuryGo.

Aufgaben

• User-Interface Design: Creation of layouts, style guides, design systems, prototypes (e.g., in Figma) from idea to implementation.
• UX-Konzeption: Development of user journeys, information architecture, wireframes, flowcharts.
• Testing & Evaluation: Conducting usability tests, A/B tests, interface and UX evaluation with users - as well as the subsequent iterative improvement of our platform.
• Microsurveying: Planning and conducting short user surveys to optimize features or workflows, sometimes directly as in-app integration.
• Enge Zusammenarbeit in the product and development team to translate ideas into user-friendly solutions.

Qualifikation

Safe handling of design and prototyping tools (bspw. Figma).

• Understanding of UX-Methoden (Personas, Wireframing, Prototyping, Usability-Testing).
• Experience in qualitative and quantitative Nutzerforschungsmethoden (Interviews, Surveys, Microsurveys).
• Knowledge of Designsystemen, Barrierefreiheit (Accessibility) and Responsive Design.
• Kommunikationsfähigkeit and ability to convey user needs clearly to the team.
• Very good knowledge of Deutsch and English.

Nice-to-have

• Frontend-Implementierung: End-to-end implementation of UI/UX from idea to implementation in the frontend.
• Basic to advanced knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with common frameworks (e.g., React, TailwindCSS).
  
• Able to bring UI designs pixel-perfect from idea to finished product.
• Understanding of Versionsverwaltung (Git) and software development.
• Führerschein Klasse B an advantage, allowing occasional on-site evaluation at companies.
