We are seeking a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer II to join our team. As a UI/UX Designer II, you will be responsible for designing and developing user-centered and visually appealing user interfaces for our AI-powered document processing solutions. This includes creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for our web and mobile applications. You will also be responsible for conducting user research, gathering feedback, and iterating on designs to ensure they meet the needs of our users. In addition, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and design, to ensure that designs are feasible, testable, and meet business objectives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design. Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar. Experience with design systems, design languages, and design principles. Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user research methods. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
