As a UI/UX Designer and Marketing Designer at flexlog, you are a creative head in our team who fills the interface between development and user of an application. Through your customer-oriented elaboration of intuitive designs and user concepts, you directly contribute to increasing the added value of our products. You design visual concepts and ensure a consistent brand experience.

Tasks

• Your tasks:
• Development of user concepts for individual functions up to entire applications
• Conceptualization and creation of designs, use cases, layouts, and prototypes
• Direct communication with end-users and processing of corresponding feedback loops
• Creation of promotional graphics/renderings for product presentations, homepage, etc.
• Content creation in close cooperation with graphic designers/service providers
• Work with agile methods & active participation in the two-week sprint planning sessions

Qualification

• Degree in Design, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experiences in developing designs and user concepts, preferably also privately
• Knowledge in the fields of User Experience Design/Interaction Design, etc.
• Sense for aesthetics and usability
• Linguistic skills: German: fluent, English: good
• Team spirit, communication strength, and social competence in dealing with various conversation partners
• Experience with design tools or vector graphics editors
