UI/UX Designer E-Commerce (m/w/d)

We are a CRO agency for e-commerce brands and optimize Shopify shops of established brands with data-driven A/B tests. Every design you build at our company will be live-tested, and you'll see black on white whether your work increases conversion rate and revenue. Design without effect doesn't exist at our company.

Tasks

• You design product pages, landing pages, cart flows, and complete shop sections in Figma – from the first idea to the development-ready design
• You conceptualize A/B test variants for our customer shops: above-the-fold optimizations, buy boxes, bundles, pre-sell pages, and more
• You translate CRO hypotheses and test data into concrete design decisions, together with our team
• You work yourself into the brand world of our customers and design theme-natively: Your designs fit seamlessly into existing shops, instead of looking like a building block
• You build reusable design systems and component libraries in Figma

Qualification

• Strong Figma skills – auto-layout, components, variants, and design systems are your everyday routine, not new territory
• Experience in e-commerce design, ideally with Shopify shops (PDPS, collections, carts, landing pages)
• You have a sense for what converts: You think in hierarchy, trust elements, and purchase psychology, not just aesthetics
• Mobile-first and responsive design are second nature to you
• You have a structured work style and the ability to manage multiple customer projects parallelly
• You speak very good German and good English
• Nice to have: Experience with CRO/A/B testing (e.g. Intelligems), basic understanding of Shopify themes, motion design
