Aufgaben

• Creation of UX prototypes in Figma for landing pages, product pages, and new features in online shops.
• Development of aesthetic and conversion-optimized graphics and visuals matching the created pages.
• Tight collaboration with copywriters and developers to implement performant designs technically and content-wise optimal.
• Understanding of technical framework conditions (responsive design, loading times, Shopify implementation etc.).
• (possibly additional: Design of conversion-oriented emails that both visually and content-wise convince).

Qualifikation

Firstly: Your CV is not in the foreground, and it doesn't matter what degree you have.

What matters much more are the following things:

1. Safe handling of Figma for UX prototyping.
2. A good eye for aesthetics, typography, image language, and user guidance.
3. Understanding of conversion design – you know how to guide users intentionally.
4. You are solution-oriented and adjust your designs to technical conditions.
5. You work autonomously and without constant guidance and are able to take responsibility.
6. Hustler mindset: You have the desire to complete things, see fast results, and work on new projects.

Familiarity with tools like Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator etc. is also advantageous to support the above-mentioned areas.
