UI/UX Designer B2B SaaS - 80% (m/f/d)

smino is an innovative software solution for the seamless coordination of construction projects. Our customers easily record minutes, assign tasks, and share relevant construction plans and files with all stakeholders. We believe that only strong teams can build a world worth living in. We already have extremely renowned customers and well-known construction projects among our references and are on an expansion course at full speed. For this, we are looking for you:

• Analysis and conception of user needs and business requirements.
• Planning and execution of user research (e.g., interviews and analysis of usage data) to gain valuable insights.
• Development of concepts for web and mobile interfaces for our B2B SaaS platform in the construction industry.
• Implementation of your concepts in Figma, including wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes, while adhering to our existing design system.
• Prepare your designs in a structured manner for handover to the development team.
• Validate your solutions through usability tests and derive concrete improvements.
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Design Lead, and developers.
• Actively involve the user perspective in product decisions.
• You use AI tools to synthesize user feedback, structure research data, and validate hypotheses for product discovery faster.

Your Profile

• 2–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI design, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Sound knowledge of Figma.
• Experience with usability tests.
• Structured and independent way of working with strong problem-solving skills.
• Team player with clear communication skills who enjoys working with various stakeholders.
• You actively experiment with AI workflows to continuously increase the efficiency and quality of your design work.
• Language skills: German (at least C1), English (at least B2 level).
• Workload: 80%

• Experience in UX research (interviews, analysis, synthesis).
• Previous experience in the B2B SaaS sector, ideally in the EU.
• Experience in designing mobile user interfaces.
• Ideally, you have an understanding of prompt engineering in the context of UI design and know how AI models can be used as co-creation partners.
• You have already gained initial experience in an AI SDLC Flow.
• Experience in the construction industry.
