UI/UX Designer, AI-Native (m/w/d) - Remote

We design the future of work for over 3,000+ companies in German Mittelstand. Currently, we are building our next product generation completely new (Laravel/Vue.js) and developing parallel new AI products that rethink project work from scratch. For this, we are looking for a designer who knows AI not only theoretically but also practically lives it. Figma Make, Cursor, and Claude are your everyday tools. You build in hours what others need days for. You understand that good design today comes from the combination of handcrafted excellence and AI leverage.

Tasks

• Designing our next ZEP product generation (Vue.js based) with a focus on B2B SaaS usability and handing it over to development
• Co-designing our new AI products, including UI for agent-based workflows
• BUILDING, EXPANDING, AND MAINTAINING OUR DESIGN SYSTEM IN DESIGN AND PROTOTYPING TOOLS
• AI-supported prototyping sprints: from briefing to clickable prototypes in 1-2 days
• CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH DEVELOPERS, PRODUCT MANAGERS, AND OUR CO-CEO

Qualification

AI-Native Toolset (what you already actively use):

• Prototyping with Lovable, Figma Make or Claude Design
• Daily Driver like Claude or ChatGPT for concept, copy, code
• Cursor or similar AI-IDEs to understand Vue.js components and improve design handoffs
• Ideal experience with MCP, Agentic Workflows or Custom GPTs
• You understand the difference. You know when a Claude design prototype is enough and when handcrafted design thinking with pixel-perfect implementation makes the difference
• Distinguished sense of aesthetics, typography, color, and layout
