Your role as uitzendconsulent

• You start the day with the team and determine the priorities.

• You actively search for talent via various job sites and our extensive database.

• You screen candidates by phone and invite strong profiles to an interview.

• Do you see a match? Then you present the candidate convincingly to the client.

• You process new vacancies and write attractive, commercial job descriptions.

• You ensure correct administrative follow-up of contracts and employment.

Who are we looking for?

• A first experience within the recruitment or HR sector is nice to have, but certainly not a requirement.
