As a Road Construction Supervisor, you will make an important contribution to this.

Make it possible

As a Road Construction Supervisor at BAM Infra Wegen, you are the manager of the construction site. You will manage the projects in terms of safety, collaboration, quality, time, and costs. With the right materials and a motivated team, you will ensure that the project is successfully completed:

• You will guide colleagues on the projects;
• You will prepare the project, equipment, and personnel schedules;
• You will maintain contact with your colleagues, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients;
• You will monitor project budgets;
• You will be responsible for a safe and positive working environment.

• A job for 32-40 hours with a salary between € 3,335 and € 5,682 based on 40 hours per week

• 25 vacation days and 15 ATV days and 3 short absence days per calendar year based on a full-time employment

Here you recognize yourself in

• You have an educational background in civil engineering/infrastructure/GWW;
• You have at least 3-5 years of experience with road construction projects;
• You have knowledge of contract forms such as RAW, UAV-(gc), and Construction Teams;
• Qualities such as proactive, communicative, results-oriented, and flexible.
