Site Manager

As a Site Manager, you are responsible for the daily management on the construction site. You ensure that projects are carried out according to schedule, quality requirements, and safety regulations. You are the point of contact for craftsmen, subcontractors, and suppliers and ensure that all work proceeds smoothly.

In addition, we are open to ambitious starters who have recently completed an MBO 4 (vocational education) degree in Construction and want to further develop within site management.

• Daily management of construction projects on location;
• Coordination of employees, subcontractors, and suppliers;
• Monitoring the schedule, quality, and progress of the project;
• Ensuring safety and compliance with laws and regulations;
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during execution;
• Attending construction meetings and maintaining contact with clients;
• Administrative recording of progress and project information.

• A salary between €4,000 and €5,500 per month (depending on experience).
