Project Leader / Executive

Scherrenberg is a leading company in the infrastructure sector, specialized in executing complex projects in the fields of road construction, drainage, waterworks, and asphalt. We work on both large and smaller infrastructure projects and strive for the highest quality and safety. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a driven Project Leader who will take charge of the execution of our infrastructure projects.

As Infrastructure Project Leader, you are responsible for coordinating and executing our infrastructure projects on a daily basis. You are the face on site, lead the team, and ensure that the work is efficient, safe, and completed within the set deadlines. You have an eye for quality and know how to optimize planning, costs, and safety.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate daily activities and lead the construction team, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain progress, costs, quality, and safety of the project.
• Take care of proper administrative handling of project documentation.
• Solve technical issues and make execution decisions on site.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Report on progress to the project leader and other stakeholders.

• MBO+/HBO work and thinking level, preferably in the direction of Civil Engineering or a comparable education.
• Demonstrable experience as an executive in the infrastructure or civil engineering sector.
• Knowledge of and experience with executing infrastructure projects such as roads, drainage systems, and asphalt.
• Leadership skills and communication abilities to lead the construction team.
• Knowledge of legislation regarding safety, environment, and quality.
• A proactive and solution-oriented work attitude.
• In possession of VCA-VOL (or willing to obtain it).

• Salary up to approximately 5300 euros, supplemented with Pension, 40 free days (inc ATV) and other secondary conditions in accordance with the CAO
