As (main) executor of new construction and/or renovation, you will be responsible for leading larger construction projects from start to finish. You are accountable for technical controls, planning, construction administration, and organizing work activities, taking care of the team and being the first point of contact for all construction personnel, suppliers, and stakeholders.

As a site manager and part of the project team, you will naturally implement policies in terms of quality, well-being, safety, and health. Thanks to you, everything runs smoothly; your planning is correct, your colleagues are at the right moment on the right spot, and your logistical process is in order. The necessary construction materials are available on time and can be used directly.

Within an enthusiastic team of project leaders, site coordinators, and executors, you can organize your own work. You will report the progress of your activities to our project leader. Around each project, you'll finish with a positive result, satisfied clients, and happy residents.

About you

• You possess a diploma in MBO Construction Engineering with additional training or HBO Construction Engineering, HBO Building Technical Business Administration, or an equivalent education.
• You have 3 to 5 years of work experience at a construction company or organization related to the building industry.
• You have knowledge of branch-specific products, (sustainable) materials, and methods.
• You are well-versed in current legislation and decisions regarding construction.
• Experience with BIM is an advantage.
• You are a proactive organizational talent with strong communication and social skills.
• You work client-oriented, are curious, and possess a healthy dose of humor and relativization capacity.
