Infrastructure Executor

Are you an experienced and proactive professional in the infrastructure sector? Do you have extensive experience in successfully leading and coordinating infrastructure projects on site and always keeping a sharp eye on your project's surroundings? Then the position of Infrastructure Executor at K_Dekker Bouw & Infra is something for you!

What will you do?

As an infrastructure executor, you are the indispensable link on the construction site. You are responsible for:

• Leading and coordinating the execution team and external partners

• Maintaining progress, quality, and safety of the project

• Proactively solving bottlenecks and adjusting as needed

• Reporting on progress and results

Your work activities will also include:

• Leading and coordinating projects on site

• Executing work inspections and ensuring compliance with safety regulations

• Motivating the team and collaborating with external partners

• Maintaining constructive communication with management

Do you recognize yourself in this?

Our ideal candidate has:

• A minimum of a completed MBO education in civil engineering or infrastructure

• Extensive experience as an executor in the infrastructure sector

• Strong leadership qualities and communication skills

• Good insight into construction and infrastructure processes and technical knowledge

• Result-oriented, problem-solving, and stress-resistant

• VCA-VOL certification is a plus

You are someone who keeps their cool head, sees problems as challenges, and enjoys realizing high-quality infrastructure projects.
