As GWW executor, you are the hub between the construction site and office. You keep track of things, guide people, and ensure that projects run smoothly.
You know what's going on outside, and that makes you indispensable.

What will you do?

• You direct daily the team and subcontractors on various GWW projects (groundwork, drainage, paving, road construction).
• You monitor progress, quality, and safety on the construction site.
• You consult with clients, contractors, suppliers, and project preparation.
• You think ahead: you signal bottlenecks and come up with practical solutions.
• You take care of a neat administration around hours, materials, and extra work.

In short: you ensure that everything outside is in order: on planning, quality, and atmosphere.

What do you bring?

• You have experience as an executor in GWW or want to grow into the role.
• You can plan well, communicate effectively, and lead.
• You remain calm under pressure and think in solutions, not problems.
• You feel at home in a down-to-earth family business with short lines.
• You have a B driving license (and preferably BE) on hand

  Executor: € 3.800 – 4.900
  Senior executor: € 5.100 – € 6.500
