Construction Site Manager

What will you do

As a Construction Site Manager, you are responsible for the daily operations on the construction site. You:

• Ensure quality, safety, health, and well-being within your work environment and know how to communicate and enforce this policy.
• Lead the execution team efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain project administration and create reports on progress and cost control.
• Identify additional and reduced work and adjust the financial development of the project.
• Ensure the availability of necessary production resources for the project.
• Are a driver of innovation; BIM and Lean are daily practices for you, and you know how to involve the team in these.

Your team

You will work at BAM Integral Projects North, within the Realization department. Here, teams work on integral projects up to approximately €35 million, where engineering, preparation, and execution come together. Your location will be Groningen, and your work area covers the provinces of Groningen, Friesland, and Drenthe, with possibly a small part of Overijssel. What you recognize in yourself

You have several years of work experience as a site manager and a completed education in construction (or equivalent). You are a born leader with natural authority and know how to motivate your team to achieve a successful project together. Additionally, you possess:

• Strong communication skills and a results-oriented attitude.
• Affinity with integral working; as a construction site manager, you work directly with colleagues from the installation technology sector.
