Construction Supervisor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced supervisor, starting immediately. In this role, you will be the point of contact on the construction site and ensure good coordination of all involved parties. The projects will be carried out under your leadership; you will be responsible for the correct execution of the project and will monitor quality, safety, and progress. Your main tasks are:

• Preparing and monitoring the project schedule;
• Coordinating and managing construction site employees and subcontractors;
• Ensuring efficient use of personnel;
• Consulting with project leaders and work planners about progress and changes;
• Supervising quality and compliance with safety regulations;
• Acting as the point of contact on the construction site;
• Identifying additional and reduced work.

• A degree in Construction Management is a plus;
• Demonstrable work experience;
• You are in possession of a VCA-vol certificate;
• Residing in the Rotterdam area or willing to travel;
• You possess a B driver's license.
