Construction Site Supervisor

Do you have experience as a site supervisor and do you like to take the lead on the construction site? Do you enjoy working on diverse projects within both renovation and new construction? Then we are looking for you! As a site supervisor, you are the one who keeps an overview and ensures that everything on the construction site runs smoothly. You manage the team and ensure that work is carried out according to schedule and the correct quality standards. Your tasks include:

• Managing employees and subcontractors;
• Monitoring progress, schedule, and quality;
• Organizing and coordinating activities on site;
• Identifying bottlenecks and proposing solutions;
• Ensuring safety and order on the construction site;
• Maintaining contact with project management and other stakeholders.

What do we ask of you as a construction site supervisor?

• Experience as a site supervisor or in a comparable role within construction;
• Knowledge of renovation and/or new construction projects;
• Strong organizational and leadership skills;
• A proactive and solution-oriented attitude;
• VCA-VOL certificate or willingness to obtain it;
• Possession of a B driving license.
