As a Utilities Construction Supervisor, you are responsible for coordinating and guiding the daily activities on the construction site.

• You collaborate with other supervisors and manage a portion of the project.
• You ensure safe working practices, maintain an overview, and ensure the team functions optimally.
• You monitor progress, make adjustments where necessary, and oversee the quality of the work.
• Thanks to your efforts, our utilities construction projects in the Randstad proceed efficiently and successfully.

Your team

You will work at BAM Bouw en Techniek - Projecten, where we realize smart buildings and technical eye-catchers, such as Pier A at Schiphol, De Sax, and the ABN AMRO headquarters. You will join a professional and accessible team, where you will work closely with a construction site manager and 5 to 10 other supervisors. Our projects are technically challenging and always within a reasonable driving distance from your home in the Randstad. We work with standardized processes, digital tools, and focus strongly on industrialization and collaboration.

• A salary between €3,900 and €7,200 gross per month (if you work 40 hours)

You recognize yourself in this

You are an experienced supervisor who likes to roll up your sleeves and knows how to motivate the team. You think in terms of solutions, maintain an overview, and take the lead when necessary. Colleagues can count on you.

• You have a completed Bachelor's degree (HBO) in the direction of construction
• You have at least 2 years of experience as a supervisor in utilities construction and knowledge of installation technology
• You possess a VCA VOL certificate
• You speak and write Dutch well, for clear communication on site and with the client
