As a site manager, you will have an important role within the daily project organization. You will be visibly present on the construction site and form the connecting link between preparation, execution, and the client. This is what you will do

As a site manager for concrete and hydraulic engineering, you are responsible for the daily management of projects in execution. You ensure that work is carried out safely, according to schedule, and within the set quality requirements. You maintain an overview of personnel, equipment, subcontractors, and project progress. Because many projects take place in a complex environment with hydraulic engineering and concrete technical challenges, good preparation and tight coordination are essential. You are regularly the point of contact for clients and monitor progress from the start of the project until completion.

• You maintain project administration and daily reports
• You ensure correct project completion in accordance with the set requirements

This is who you are

• You have an MBO or HBO (university of applied sciences) education in civil engineering, construction, or similar
• You have experience as a site manager or are ready to grow into this role
• You have an affinity with concrete structures, hydraulic engineering works, or civil projects
• You can motivate employees and maintain an overview in a dynamic work environment
• You communicate clearly with various stakeholders
• You have an eye for safety, quality, and efficient execution
• You work independently and take responsibility for your projects
• You possess a B driver's license
