UiPath Developer We are looking for an experienced Optimization / RPA Developer to join our team and support the development of intelligent automation solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with analytical thinking and excellent communication skills. Responsibilities Develop and maintain RPA solutions using UiPath Create Azure-based automations and system integrations Support development within Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power BI) Prepare process documentation and technical designs Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities Requirements 4+ years of hands-on experience with UiPath Strong knowledge of C#, Python, and .NET Experience with Visual Studio, Azure, Power Apps, and related development tools Experience with SQL and/or NoSQL databases (e.g. PostgreSQL) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Customer-facing experience and ability to work with diverse stakeholders Familiarity with Agile development methodologies Nice to Have Knowledge of UiPath Document Understanding and Computer Vision Experience with advanced automation and AI-driven solutions We offer the opportunity to work on innovative automation projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
