We have an exciting, varied position for a UI / UX Designer in the everii cosmos – with the opportunity to actively shape the future of one of our core products.

As a UI / UX Designer, you will actively shape the future of untermStrich, our ERP SaaS solution for architecture and planning firms.

Based on feature concepts, you will design appealing UI/UX designs in Figma – and always contribute your own feedback from a UI/UX perspective, instead of just "blindly" implementing concepts.

You will be in close exchange with our customers and customer teams, know their requirements precisely, and continuously develop our products.

A special highlight: You will accompany and shape the re-design of untermStrich and actively contribute to its look & feel.

Your Tasks

• UI / UX Designer: Based on the concepts from our product management, you will create designs for untermStrich, our ERP solution for architecture and planning firms.
• Design UX Flows: You will think, create, and improve UX flows, ensuring that the software feels intuitive and coherent for our customers.
• Evolve Design Language: You will take our design language to the next level.
• Product Design Overhaul: We are currently working on a major design overhaul. You will be at the absolute heart of the product here.
• Regular Customer Contact: You will be in constant exchange with our customers and customer teams to understand their requirements and processes precisely.

Qualification

Your Skills

• Experience in UI / UX Design: You have already worked in design for software products and can handle common tools (we use Figma and Youtrack, for example).
• AI Tools in Workflow: You naturally use AI tools in your daily design routine to speed up processes and validate ideas faster.
• Experience in B2B Software: You have already dealt explicitly with B2B SaaS software. Terms like MRR, CAC, LTV are not foreign to you.
• Trend Awareness: You bring drive and follow the current trends in software design and aesthetics.
• Architecture or Planning Firm Environment: Ideally, you have knowledge from the architecture, engineering, or planning firm sector that you can contribute to product design.
• Language Skills: You speak fluent German and have good English skills for communication with customers and our teams.
• Bonus Skill: Do you already have experience with untermStrich or are you familiar with the working world of architecture and planning firms? Then this is a real plus – but not a must.
