We have an exciting, varied role for a UI / UX Designer in the everii cosmos – with the opportunity to actively shape the future of one of our core products.

As a UI / UX Designer, you will actively shape the future of TEAMBOX, our ERP solution for agencies, consultancies, and project-based service providers.

Based on feature concepts, you will design appealing UI/UX designs in Figma – and always contribute your own feedback from a UI/UX perspective, rather than just implementing concepts "blindly".

You will be in close exchange with our customers and customer teams, know their requirements precisely, and continuously develop our products.

A special highlight: You will accompany and shape the re-design of TEAMBOX and actively contribute to its look & feel.

Your Tasks

• UI / UX Designer: Based on the concepts from our product management, you will create designs for TEAMBOX, our all-in-one solution for agencies, consultancies, and IT service providers.
• Design UX Flows: You will think, create, and improve UX flows, ensuring that the software feels intuitive and consistent for our customers.
• Develop Design Language: You will take our design language to the next level.
• Product Design Overhaul: We are currently working on a major design overhaul. You will be at the absolute heart of the product here.
• Regular Customer Contact: You will be in constant exchange with our customers and customer teams to precisely understand their requirements and processes.

Qualifications

Your Skills

• Experience in UI / UX Design: You have already worked in designing software products and can handle common tools (we use Figma and Youtrack, for example).
• AI Tools in Workflow: You naturally use AI tools in your daily design work to speed up processes and validate ideas faster.
• Experience in B2B Software: You have already dealt specifically with B2B SaaS software. Terms like MRR, CAC, LTV are not foreign to you.
• Trend Awareness: You have drive and follow the current trends in software design and development.
• Agency or Consulting Background: Ideally, you have knowledge from the agency or consulting environment that you can contribute to product design.
• Language Skills: You speak fluent German and have good English skills for communication with customers and our teams.
• Bonus Skill: Do you already have experience with TEAMBOX or are you familiar with the working world of agencies and project-based service providers? Then this is a real plus – but not a must.
