Job description
Scope of responsibilities: Designing user experiences for digital products Independently leading the design process from problem analysis to solution implementation Preparing designs in Figma Analysis of product data, metrics, and KPIs Conducting research and desk research Collaboration with Product Managers, Developers, and business stakeholders Participation in Product Discovery Participation in Agile ceremonies Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role Commercial experience at Mid+ or Senior level Experience in designing digital products in the e-commerce area Very good knowledge of Figma Experience working with product data, KPIs, and metrics Ability to independently lead the design process Very good knowledge of User Experience principles Experience in an Agile environment Experience in conducting desk research Knowledge of Product Discovery and Product Analytics English language minimum B2 Polish language minimum B2 Practical use of AI tools supporting daily work Possession of a project portfolio Nice to have: Experience with large e-commerce platforms or marketplaces Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar analytical tools Experience in designing purchasing processes and checkout Knowledge of SEO Experience with analyzing A/B test results Experience collaborating with international teams
